I didn’t think there was much he could do without thinking, so I was surprised when things started going well for him at this point.  But I’m impressed they could both last this long.  I don’t think I could even survive 30 minutes, much less 2+ hours.  I was scared he was gonna collapse far earlier than he did.

It was an incredible match, but only because both of them were really passionate.  And Maruo’s even got himself a fanbase now.

Even if Maruo took this loss pretty hard, I think it’s important that he had fun.  I can’t wait to see more intense matches like this one.
